Dealing with Ivan and his team was easy and seamless. I sent them an email with location of pick up and drop off locations as well as color option. They showed up and knocked it out in under 2 hours. They are super professional in their attitude and their work. The table turned out amazing!
I had reached out to 8 or so companies to refelt my 4x8 table and investigate my rails and cushions on my 48 year old table - 130 Brunswick anniversary table.Ivan emailed me back and walked me through the process. No other company actually worked with me to answer all my questions. He told me that my rails and bumpers were in good condition but they were installed I correctly.He showed me that they missed screws.I was shocked with what the previous company had done to refelt and take care of my rails and cushions..I give 11 out of 10. Don’t go anywhere else as Ivan knows what he is doing and he actually takes pride in his work.My work was done April 12, 2024 and I am so happy and proud of my table.I will try to attach a picture of my refurbished table

We recently used North Player Billiard Service to move our billiard table from Toronto to an out of town address. I was nervous about the process but Ivan and his assistant were able to take the table apart move it and reassemble it using the same felt. It looks just perfect. Ivan and North Player recently moved our pool table from a home in Toronto to an out of town address. After another company fell through, we reached out to Ivan and he assured us that we were in good hands. He communicated regularly, and was great to work with. The team was punctual, courteous, respectful, and professional. He even followed up after, to ensure we were satisfied. Completely worth the money to hire a professional team like Ivan’s. Ivan and his partner were very professional and efficient. He gave us some great advice and we are loving our pool table so far. Prices are also reasonable. I would definitely retain his services for anything else needed in the future, I.e.disassembling or moving services. Keep up the great work!
We are so happy with the service from Ivan at North Player. We hired Ivan to install a new cloth on our pool table. He was quick to answer all my questions prior to install. We were very impressed with Ivan's skill and knowledge on replacing the cloth. He not only replaced the cloth but re-leveled the table and fixed the slate. He is very attentive to all the details. The table looks brand new!! We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend him.
Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. I advised Ivan that I was not sure that I had all parts / hardware etc. Ivan and his team just got to work and amazingly within 2 hours had my table set-up, levelled and ready to play. He and his team were friendly, polite, very professional and present-able. Such a knowledgeable professional who, with the problems I thought I had with the table, Ivan brought the solutions. Outstanding results!

Northplayer guys did an amazing job moving my pool table. They were on time, real polite and had a great attitude. They took all the pieces and moved it across town without a scratch! They worked real hard for several hours installing, leveling and putting on a fresh felt. Now, the table looks beautiful and plays like a dream, no seams showing or any puckering of the felt. I highly recommend these guys for any pool table moving job!

Recently I purchased a used Dufferin pool table off of Marketplace. I contacted Ivan and he answered all my questions about the process of moving the table and re-felting it.On the day of the purchase/move he was punctual, professional, and very thorough in the dismantling of the table at the sellers home. Just had my pool table felt and rubber replaced and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Ivan was great, really professional and knowledgeable. The new felt is a beautiful shade of green and feels so smooth to the touch. New rubber cushions are soft and bouncy! Thanks lot!!

If you need a table refelted go with these guys! You can tell they have been doing this for a long time. Very professional and on point. I called to schedule an appointment and Ivan was able to fit me into their schedule that same week. Definitely recommend them!
