We’ll send you a digital proof of how your custom felt will look. Once you approve the design, we get to work creating your one-of-a-kind cloth. Production takes around 4 weeks.

We complete re-felting
Once your cloth is ready, we’ll schedule a convenient time to come to your location anywhere in Southern Ontario. Our expert installers will remove your old felt and replace it with the new custom cloth.

I hired them to resurface and assemble my pool table and they did a great job in a quick time. Firstly, they arrived on time. The second great thing was they took less than 2 hours to completely re-do all the fabrics and assemble the table, as well they told me advice on how to maintain the table. The table is very flat and even with no dirt or damage to the fabric.

I had reached out to 8 or so companies to refelt my 4x8 table and investigate my rails and cushions on my 48 year old table - 130 Brunswick anniversary table.Ivan emailed me back and walked me through the process. No other company actually worked with me to answer all my questions. He told me that my rails and bumpers were in good condition but they were installed I correctly.He showed me that they missed screws.I was shocked with what the previous company had done to refelt and take care of my rails and cushions..I give 11 out of 10. We are so happy with the service from Ivan at North Player. We hired Ivan to install a new cloth on our pool table. He was quick to answer all my questions prior to install. We were very impressed with Ivan's skill and knowledge on replacing the cloth. He not only replaced the cloth but re-leveled the table and fixed the slate. He is very attentive to all the details. Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. Price for 7–9 Foot Tables: $2,000 CAD
Includes:
- Custom print (any logo, text, or design)

Time Estimate: 4 weeks after we confirm the design. Custom designs take time to produce — but the results are worth it.
Payment Structure:
- 50% deposit when the order is placed
- 50% balance due after installation is completed
