    We offer 3 Shipping Options For All Accessories:

    1. Pick-up at our office (25 Marshall St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 0A3). Please wait for a pick-up confirmation email before travelling to our location.
    2. Free Next-Day Delivery in GTA (Over $300). All orders placed before 11 pm each day qualify for free next-day delivery in Toronto + 50km.
    3. Canada Post Shipping. ETA and price can be calculated based on your address at the checkout.

    Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

    • Foosball Tables
    • Tennis Tables

    If, for some reason, you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the issues, and we will do what we can to fix the problem.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first at info@northplayer.ca.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
