Iwan and team were very professional and polite. Gave me added services like snooker markings, polishing the wood etc for no charge when they came to replace the cloth and rubber. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience! The team came out and installed our new pool table and did an incredible job—quick, professional, and super efficient. The quality of the pool table is amazing—solid, level, and looks amazing in our space. We also picked up a poker table from them, and it’s just as impressive—sturdy, stylish, and perfect for game nights. Great service from start to finish. Easy to work with and very professional! Highly recommend!

Ivan and his team provided amazing customer service and installation of my pool table. They were very professional, on time and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Pool Table delivery and installation. And the price for re-felting and assembly and delivery was better than the other five quotes that I looked into.
All the other companies that I asked to quote on this project said it would be a multi day process to Collect the table, deliver the table and assemble the table and re- felt the table - Ivan and his team did everything on site within four hours! Please see pictures below. also, he had a very good set of new pool cues and pool balls at a good price

What a pleasure dealing with Ivan and his partner. They are professional craftsmen. They moved and assembled a vintage Brunswick pool table to our home with precision. They are very focused on their work. Ivan was easy to deal with on phone leading up to our booked day. We are very happy with everything! Highly recommend this business.

I like to share that this was an awesome experience and secice provided by Ivan. He was very polite, informative, helpful, and was helping me with every inquiries I had as a first time pool shopper.
I highly recommend anyone that needs help moving or have any questions to only contact northplayer.ca and speak with Ivan or his team with their search of a pool table or needing help with the move. He was quick and on time with the move. Spent maybe less than an hour to disemble and maybe an hour to assemble. He takes the time to make sure there is enough space around to play and makes sure that it's leveled perfectly. I can't stress how pleased I am with this service. Thank you Ivan so much and will send anyone I know looking for pool table to you. You deserve all the positive reviews because your hard work ethics demands it. Thanks again!
