Ivan and his team provided amazing customer service and installation of my pool table. They were very professional, on time and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Pool Table delivery and installation. And the price for re-felting and assembly and delivery was better than the other five quotes that I looked into.
All the other companies that I asked to quote on this project said it would be a multi day process to Collect the table, deliver the table and assemble the table and re- felt the table - Ivan and his team did everything on site within four hours! Ivan from North Player was amazing to work with. From my first contact until delivery and installation he gave amazing advice and facilitated delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Ivan and his assistant arrived at exactly the time that they said and were very good with keeping me informed of their ETA. They were very careful with the moving of the table into the basement and very tidy with their assembly. The table that I purchased was used but they made sure that it was in like new condition and I can honestly say that I couldn’t tell it was used.

I hired them to resurface and assemble my pool table and they did a great job in a quick time. Firstly, they arrived on time. The second great thing was they took less than 2 hours to completely re-do all the fabrics and assemble the table, as well they told me advice on how to maintain the table. The table is very flat and even with no dirt or damage to the fabric.

I had reached out to 8 or so companies to refelt my 4x8 table and investigate my rails and cushions on my 48 year old table - 130 Brunswick anniversary table.
Ivan emailed me back and walked me through the process. No other company actually worked with me to answer all my questions. He told me that my rails and bumpers were in good condition but they were installed I correctly.
He showed me that they missed screws.
I was shocked with what the previous company had done to refelt and take care of my rails and cushions..
I give 11 out of 10. Don’t go anywhere else as Ivan knows what he is doing and he actually takes pride in his work.

Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. I advised Ivan that I was not sure that I had all parts / hardware etc. Ivan and his team just got to work and amazingly within 2 hours had my table set-up, levelled and ready to play. Original Catalog Description:
“The Pfister” is a design which will at once appeal to the refined taste of good judges of artistic and mechanical excellence. It is modeled in a style singularly correct in every feature, while the perfect harmony shown in its gracefully sweeping lines and admirable contour will make it one of the most attractive adjuncts of private residences, prominent clubs, etc. This style is usually manufactured in golden oak or mahogany, but when desired can be made of any kind of wood.
“The Pfister” is also noticeable from the fact that the legs are constructed together with the two ends in one body. This is one of the latest improvements produced by us and has met with very satisfactory results.
The construction of the head blocks of our tables is covered by letters patent, the special feature being that greater stability is insured than can be found in tables of any other manufacture. The mechanical construction and general design of some of our tables are copied, after a fashion, by various imitators, but they cannot and do not reach, even in the remotest degree, the recognized standard of perfection our tables have obtained.
Furnished either as as carrom or pool table, or both combined. Framework built in section, can be taken apart for shipment. Corner joints reinforced by heavy iron bolts. Fitted with imported Simonis cloth, and the incomparable patent Monarch cushions. The “Pfister” has a doweled slate bed, so that there are no screw holes appearing on the playing surface beneath the cloth.
