Absolutely thrilled with our experience! The team came out and installed our new pool table and did an incredible job—quick, professional, and super efficient. The quality of the pool table is amazing—solid, level, and looks amazing in our space. We also picked up a poker table from them, and it’s just as impressive—sturdy, stylish, and perfect for game nights. Great service from start to finish. Easy to work with and very professional! Highly recommend!

Ivan and his team provided amazing customer service and installation of my pool table. They were very professional, on time and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Pool Table delivery and installation. And the price for re-felting and assembly and delivery was better than the other five quotes that I looked into.
All the other companies that I asked to quote on this project said it would be a multi day process to Collect the table, deliver the table and assemble the table and re- felt the table - Ivan and his team did everything on site within four hours! Please see pictures below. also, he had a very good set of new pool cues and pool balls at a good price

I like to share that this was an awesome experience and secice provided by Ivan. He was very polite, informative, helpful, and was helping me with every inquiries I had as a first time pool shopper.
I highly recommend anyone that needs help moving or have any questions to only contact northplayer.ca and speak with Ivan or his team with their search of a pool table or needing help with the move. He was quick and on time with the move. Spent maybe less than an hour to disemble and maybe an hour to assemble. He takes the time to make sure there is enough space around to play and makes sure that it's leveled perfectly. I can't stress how pleased I am with this service. Thank you Ivan so much and will send anyone I know looking for pool table to you. You deserve all the positive reviews because your hard work ethics demands it. Thanks again!

Ivan from North Player was amazing to work with. From my first contact until delivery and installation he gave amazing advice and facilitated delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Ivan and his assistant arrived at exactly the time that they said and were very good with keeping me informed of their ETA. They were very careful with the moving of the table into the basement and very tidy with their assembly. The table that I purchased was used but they made sure that it was in like new condition and I can honestly say that I couldn’t tell it was used.
I am very pleased with how quick and efficient North Player was and highly recommend them! They went above and beyond. When they found out it was my birthday they presented me a very nice, brand new pool cue! That’s classy!

I hired them to resurface and assemble my pool table and they did a great job in a quick time. Firstly, they arrived on time. The second great thing was they took less than 2 hours to completely re-do all the fabrics and assemble the table, as well they told me advice on how to maintain the table. The table is very flat and even with no dirt or damage to the fabric.

I had reached out to 8 or so companies to refelt my 4x8 table and investigate my rails and cushions on my 48 year old table - 130 Brunswick anniversary table.
Ivan emailed me back and walked me through the process. No other company actually worked with me to answer all my questions. He told me that my rails and bumpers were in good condition but they were installed I correctly.
He showed me that they missed screws.
I was shocked with what the previous company had done to refelt and take care of my rails and cushions..
I give 11 out of 10. Don’t go anywhere else as Ivan knows what he is doing and he actually takes pride in his work.
My work was done April 12, 2024 and I am so happy and proud of my table.
I will try to attach a picture of my refurbished table

Recently I purchased a used Dufferin pool table off of Marketplace. I contacted Ivan and he answered all my questions about the process of moving the table and re-felting it.
On the day of the purchase/move he was punctual, professional, and very thorough in the dismantling of the table at the sellers home. Even the seller was impressed.
He set up the table in the perfect spot in my living room. The re-felt looks beautiful and seamless. I would recommend Ivan for anyone needing pool table services. Thanks Ivan..

Ivan and North Player recently moved our pool table from a home in Toronto to an out of town address. After another company fell through, we reached out to Ivan and he assured us that we were in good hands. He communicated regularly, and was great to work with. The team was punctual, courteous, respectful, and professional. He even followed up after, to ensure we were satisfied. Completely worth the money to hire a professional team like Ivan’s. We are so happy with the service from Ivan at North Player. We hired Ivan to install a new cloth on our pool table. He was quick to answer all my questions prior to install. Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. I advised Ivan that I was not sure that I had all parts / hardware etc. Ivan and his team just got to work and amazingly within 2 hours had my table set-up, levelled and ready to play. He and his team were friendly, polite, very professional and present-able. Such a knowledgeable professional who, with the problems I thought I had with the table, Ivan brought the solutions. Outstanding results!

Northplayer guys did an amazing job moving my pool table. They were on time, real polite and had a great attitude. They took all the pieces and moved it across town without a scratch!
