Ivan and his team provided amazing customer service and installation of my pool table. They were very professional, on time and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Pool Table delivery and installation. And the price for re-felting and assembly and delivery was better than the other five quotes that I looked into.

All the other companies that I asked to quote on this project said it would be a multi day process to Collect the table, deliver the table and assemble the table and re- felt the table - Ivan and his team did everything on site within four hours! Please see pictures below. also, he had a very good set of new pool cues and pool balls at a good price

I like to share that this was an awesome experience and secice provided by Ivan. He was very polite, informative, helpful, and was helping me with every inquiries I had as a first time pool shopper.
I highly recommend anyone that needs help moving or have any questions to only contact northplayer.ca and speak with Ivan or his team with their search of a pool table or needing help with the move. He was quick and on time with the move. Spent maybe less than an hour to disemble and maybe an hour to assemble. Ivan from North Player was amazing to work with. From my first contact until delivery and installation he gave amazing advice and facilitated delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Ivan and his assistant arrived at exactly the time that they said and were very good with keeping me informed of their ETA. They were very careful with the moving of the table into the basement and very tidy with their assembly. The table that I purchased was used but they made sure that it was in like new condition and I can honestly say that I couldn’t tell it was used.

I am very pleased with how quick and efficient North Player was and highly recommend them! They went above and beyond. When they found out it was my birthday they presented me a very nice, brand new pool cue! That’s classy!

I recently purchased a 7ft pool table Mensa condo style from North Player for one of the condo buildings I manage, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, these guys exceeded our expectations in every way.

The quality of the pool table is outstanding!
Both in terms of craftsmanship and aesthetics. Company also provided all the necessary accessories, which were of the highest quality.

I hired them to resurface and assemble my pool table and they did a great job in a quick time. Firstly, they arrived on time. The second great thing was they took less than 2 hours to completely re-do all the fabrics and assemble the table, as well they told me advice on how to maintain the table. The table is very flat and even with no dirt or damage to the fabric.

I had reached out to 8 or so companies to refelt my 4x8 table and investigate my rails and cushions on my 48 year old table - 130 Brunswick anniversary table.
Ivan emailed me back and walked me through the process. No other company actually worked with me to answer all my questions. He told me that my rails and bumpers were in good condition but they were installed I correctly.
He showed me that they missed screws.
I was shocked with what the previous company had done to refelt and take care of my rails and cushions..
I give 11 out of 10. Don’t go anywhere else as Ivan knows what he is doing and he actually takes pride in his work.
My work was done April 12, 2024 and I am so happy and proud of my table.
